Refund Policy
All products are uniquely made to order. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size/colour, or provided incorrect shipping details. You are responsible for providing the correct information for your order.
In case of a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (before your order status turns "Complete") and provide your order ID number as well as clear pictures/videos of the issue to our official email address hi@studiochenchen.com. After verification, our customer service team will apply the appropriate after-sales policy depending on the damaged/defective situation.
Shipping Information
As shown in the shipping chart below, the shipping rates are divided into three categories based on the item types. In other words, each type of item corresponds to a particular shipping cost. The total shipping cost per package is the sum of the individual shipping costs of the items included. The more items added, the higher the cost.
Specifically, the initial shipping cost is determined by the item with the highest shipping cost in a package. The rest of the items will be considered “Additional” and be charged according to shipping rates for “Additional items”.
The final shipping rate will be calculated during your check out process.
